Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011)

The IMF is shut down when it's implicated in the bombing of the Kremlin, causing Ethan Hunt and his new team to go rogue to clear their organization's name.

Director:

Brad Bird

Production

The film was originally announced with a working name of Mission: Impossible 4, and codenamed "Aries" during early production.[11]Rumors initially mentioned that the film might not even carry the Mission: Impossible name, though this was later discounted.[12]
Principal photography began by September 30, 2010. Pictures of the set were leaked to the internet showing Cruise in a Russian officer disguise.[13] Filming took place in DubaiPragueMoscowMumbai, and Vancouver.[2][14][15] The film was partially shot with IMAXcameras.[16] The first full, official trailer was released on June 29, 2011, and attached to Transformers: Dark of the Moon[17]

StoryLine

When a terrorist bombing destroys the Kremlin, the United States government initiates a black ops "ghost protocol" and disavows the entire Impossible Mission Force. Ethan Hunt and his team are to be blamed for the attack, but are allowed to escape as part of a plan to enable them to operate in the dark, outside of their agency. However, Hunt is warned that if any member of his team is captured during their mission, they will be charged as terrorists planning to incite global nuclear war. Ethan is then forced to work with fellow ex-IMF agent Brandt, who knows more about Hunt and his past than even Hunt himself.

“Dark Knight Rises” Trailer Hits the Web [VIDEO]

Warner Bros. has posted the first teaser trailer for the third installment of The Dark Knight Rises, the third film in the rebooted Batman film franchise, on Facebook.
The trailer, which first graced screens this weekend before showings ofHarry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, is mostly a 90-second compilation of scenes from the previous two films — but it does contain a few scenes from the new one. A scene showing Batman (Christian Bale) preparing to fight Bane (Tom Hardy), one of the caped crusader’s greatest adversaries, should get fans excited.
THE Dark Knight Rises

Warner Bros. decided not to host the video on its servers, but instead posted it to its Facebook Page. Presumably the studio is trying to amass more Facebook fans to help promote the film.
The movie hits theaters in summer 2012 and also features Anne Hathaway as Catwoman. Morgan Freeman reprises his role as Lucius Fox, and Michael Caine returns as Alfred, Bruce Wayne’s trusted butler and adviser.
Check out the trailer and let us know in the comments what you think .

The Amazing Spider-Man 4

Two days after Warner Bros. released the first teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises, the third installment of the rebooted Batman franchise, Sony Pictures has released its first teaser trailer for the first installment of the rebooted Spider-Man franchise.
Like The Dark Knight RisesThe Amazing Spider-Man won’t hit theaters until next summer, but fan interest in both are sky-high. In the latter case, the back story is also of interest: Sam Raimi, who directed the three most-recent Spider-Man films, featuring Tobey Maguire, was set to make a fourth installment, but decided he couldn’t do so and maintain artistic credibility. So, a mere nine years after the first Spider-Man in that series premiered, Sony decided to start over again with Spider-Man’s creation story.
The cast is different this time around, as is the director, Marc Webb. Andrew Garfield (who played Eduardo Saverin in The Social Network) plays Spider-Man, Emma Stone plays his love interest, Gwen Stacy, and Ryhs Ifans plays the villain, The Lizard.
Since this is a teaser trailer, you don’t get to see Spider-Man in his full regalia, save for a quick reflection off a building at the end. What do you think of the new film so far?
